Shipping Policy

At Fitrition, we want every order to reach you fresh, sealed, and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship across Pakistan.


Where We Deliver

We deliver across all of Pakistan, including major cities and smaller towns served by our courier partners.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you would like to be notified when international delivery becomes available, please reach out to us at support@fitrition.pk.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we typically process and dispatch it within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, your order will reach you within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

Major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi typically receive orders faster. Remote areas or smaller towns may take a day or two longer due to courier coverage.


Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 150 on all orders weighing up to 1.5 kg.

For larger orders exceeding 1.5 kg, additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated to you before order confirmation.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan with no extra charges. You can choose COD at checkout and pay our courier directly when your order is delivered.

We also accept online payments through bank transfer and supported payment gateways.


Our Courier Partners

We primarily work with PostEx for nationwide delivery. We may use other reliable courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, or Daewoo Express depending on your location and order size, to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

You will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your order is dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will share the tracking details with you so you can follow your delivery in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@fitrition.pk or +92 328 55 666 73.


Delays and Exceptions

While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Public holidays or national events
  • Courier-related delays in remote regions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided

In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely.


What to Do If Your Order Is Late

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of placement, please reach out to us:

We will check with our courier partner and update you within 24 hours.


Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong product, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. In such cases, Fitrition covers all return shipping costs.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at WhatsApp: +92 328 55 666 73.

We can only update the address before your order has been dispatched. Once handed over to the courier, the address cannot be modified.
